Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Öncü Teknoloji (OncuTECH) ("biz", "şirket") tarafından geliştirilen PuantajMobil mobil uygulaması ve ilgili web hizmetlerinin kullanımı sırasında toplanan kişisel verilerin nasıl işlendiğini, saklandığını ve korunduğunu açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Topladığımız Veriler

Hesap bilgileri

  • Ad soyad, e-posta, telefon numarası
  • Şifre (yalnızca şifrelenmiş/hash'lenmiş olarak saklanır)
  • Profil fotoğrafı ve dil tercihi
  • Google veya Apple ile giriş yaptığınızda ilgili hesap kimlik bilgileri

İşletme ve personel verileri (kullanıcı tarafından girilir)

  • Şirket bilgileri
  • Personel kayıtları: ad, telefon, IBAN, kimlik/belge no, fotoğraf, saatlik ücret, adres, acil durum iletişimi
  • Puantaj (mesai) kayıtları, avans hareketleri ve maaş/bordro verileri
  • Yüklenen belgeler ve görseller

Teknik veriler

  • Bildirim gönderimi için cihaz jetonu (FCM)
  • Oturum jetonları, temel kayıt/log ve hata bilgileri
  • Abonelik/satın alma durumu (RevenueCat üzerinden)

2. Verileri Kullanma Amaçları

  • Hizmeti sunmak: puantaj, avans, maaş ve proje yönetimi
  • Bildirim ve hatırlatmaları göndermek
  • Bordro/maaş belgeleri (PDF) oluşturmak
  • Hesap güvenliği, doğrulama ve destek sağlamak
  • Yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek (ör. KVKK)

3. Veri Paylaşımı ve Üçüncü Taraflar

Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız. Hizmetin çalışması için sınırlı olarak şu servisleri kullanırız:

  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — push bildirimleri
  • RevenueCat — abonelik/satın alma yönetimi
  • Google / Apple Sign-In — isteğe bağlı giriş
  • TinyPNG — yüklenen görsellerin sıkıştırılması

Veriler, yasal zorunluluk halinde yetkili mercilerle paylaşılabilir.

4. Veri Güvenliği

  • Tüm iletişim HTTPS/TLS ile şifrelenir.
  • Şifreler tek yönlü hash (bcrypt) ile saklanır; düz metin tutulmaz.
  • Şirket bazlı veri yalıtımı: her işletme yalnızca kendi verisine erişir.
  • Rol ve yetki (scope) tabanlı erişim: kullanıcılar yalnızca yetkili oldukları alanları görür.
  • İndirme bağlantıları imzalı ve sürelidır.
  • Oturumlar güvenli jetonlarla (token) yönetilir.

5. Veri Saklama ve Silme

Veriler, hesabınız aktif olduğu ve hizmetin sunulması için gerekli olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızın ve verilerinizin silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz; bu durumda yasal saklama yükümlülükleri dışındaki verileriniz makul süre içinde silinir.

6. Haklarınız (KVKK)

Kişisel verileriniz üzerinde erişim, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz ve taşınabilirlik haklarına sahipsiniz. Talepleriniz için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.

7. Çocukların Gizliliği

PuantajMobil işletmelere yöneliktir ve 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır.

This Privacy Policy explains how Öncü Teknoloji (OncuTECH) ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you use the PuantajMobil mobile app and related web services. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Data We Collect

Account information

  • Name, email, phone number
  • Password (stored only in hashed form)
  • Profile photo and language preference
  • Google or Apple account identifiers when you sign in with them

Business & staff data (entered by you)

  • Company information
  • Staff records: name, phone, IBAN, ID/document number, photo, hourly wage, address, emergency contact
  • Attendance/timesheet records, advances, and payroll data
  • Uploaded documents and images

Technical data

  • Device token for push notifications (FCM)
  • Session tokens and basic logs/error data
  • Subscription/purchase status (via RevenueCat)

2. How We Use Data

  • Provide the service: attendance, advances, payroll and project management
  • Send notifications and reminders
  • Generate payroll documents (PDF)
  • Account security, authentication and support
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We use limited third-party services to run the app:

  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — push notifications
  • RevenueCat — subscription management
  • Google / Apple Sign-In — optional login
  • TinyPNG — compression of uploaded images

4. Data Security

  • All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
  • Passwords are stored as a one-way hash (bcrypt), never in plain text.
  • Per-company data isolation: each business can access only its own data.
  • Role/permission-based access: users see only what they are authorized for.
  • Download links are signed and time-limited.
  • Sessions are managed with secure tokens.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Data is retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and data; we will delete it within a reasonable time, except where retention is legally required.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, object to processing of, and port your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Children's Privacy

PuantajMobil is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
